OFA's Traditional Bond Program is designed to accommodate large or complex transactions that do not fit within the simple SNAP Loan structure. Bonds issued through OFA's Traditional Bond program can be publicly offered in the retail market, offered to qualified institutional borrowers, or directly placed with a bank or other financial institution. Typically, borrowers work with their financial advisors, legal counsel, and others to determine the most appropriate method of issuance for their particular situation. Borrowers and their advisors should consult OFA's administrative rules and confer with OFA's staff about their desired structure before making an application.
